How this started

My father was a CPA, and the line I grew up on was that tax evasion is a crime but tax avoidance is mandatory. The same instinct runs through everything here. Businesses leave money on the table constantly, not because they are careless but because nobody ever told them the option existed.

Cash Flow Strategies has worked with medical and dental practices, small businesses, and the CPAs who advise them since well before it was fashionable to call any of this cash flow optimization. The company is based in Canton, Georgia, and the work is done across the country.

How I work

I will tell you when something is not a fit. That is not a sales posture, it is the only way referral work survives, and several of the testimonials on this site say exactly that about us. If your receivables are too small to bother with or your expenses are already tight, you will hear it on the first call and we will both save an afternoon.

The other half of the practice

Most of my time now goes to engineering-based tax incentive studies: cost segregation, Section 179D, and R&D tax credits, delivered nationally through CSSI.
